Amendment in the Notification No. 20/2017 - State Tax, dated the 31st August, 2017 and Notification No. 52/2017 - State Tax, dated16th November, 2017. - 51/2018-State Tax - Arunachal Pradesh SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX EXCISE ITANAGAR ----- Notification No. 51/2018-State Tax The 31st December, 2018 No. GST/23/2017/Vol - I/705.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments- (i) in notification No. 20/2017 - State Tax, dated the 31st August, 2017, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 339, Vol. XXIV, Naharlagun, Monday, September 4, 2017, vide File No. GST/24/2017, dated 31st August, 2017; and (ii) in notification No. 52/2017 - State Tax, dated16th November, 2017, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, No. 546, Vol. XXIV Naharlagun, Friday, November 17, 2017 vide File No. GST/24/2017, dated the 16th November, 2017, namely :- In the said notifications, in the first paragraph in the proviso, for the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to November, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the words, figures and letters July, 2017 to February, 2019 and 31st day of March, 2019 shall be respectively substituted.
