Notification seeks to notify the provisions of rule 138E of the TSGST Rules w.e.f 21st June, 2019 - F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019 - Tripura SGSTExtract GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019 Dated, Agartala, the 25/04//2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 21 st day of June, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourteenth) Amendment Rules, 2018 rule 12 of [notification No.F.1-11(91)TAX/GST/2017(Part-VI), dated the 31st December, 2018, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1421, dated the 31 December, 2018], shall come into force.
