State Government appoints Designated Appellate Authority - F.IV-3(15)-TAX/2017 - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No. F.IV-3(15)-TAX/2017 Dated, Agartala, the 26/03/2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the power conferred by under Section 3 read with sub-section (8) of section 2 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints and designates the following authorities as Appellate Authorities to hear appeals filed under section 107 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 against the order passed by the Adjudicating Authorities under the said Act.
