GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT-FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification Jammu, the 28th of February, 2019. SRO-143 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do and on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds Notification SRO-GST-8 dated 08-07-2017 except as respects things done or omitted to have be done before such rescission.
