GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) NO.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019 Dated, Agartala, the 30 th January, 2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tripura Act No. 13 of 2018), the State Government hereby appoints the 1 st day February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Tripura Act No. 13 of 2018), except sub-section (2) of section 8, section 17, section 18, sub-section (1) of section 20, shall come into force.
