Certain Amendments to the Notification issued in G.O.MS.NO. 259, Revenue (CT.II) Department, Dated : 29-06-2017 Relating to Extension of Time for Filing Option to Pay Tax at the Old Rates with ITC. - G.O.Ms.No.305 - Andhra Pradesh SGST

NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) [G.O.Ms.No.305, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 20th May, 2019.] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (3) and (4) of Section 9, sub-section (1) of Section 11, sub-section (5) of Section 15, sub-section (1) of Section 16 and Section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services tax Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby make the following further amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.259, Revenue (CT.II) Department, Dated : 29.06.2017, namely:- AMENDMENTS In the said notification, - (i) in the Table, against serial number 3, in items (ie) and (if), in the entry in column (5), the figures and letters 10th , wherever they appear, shall be substituted by the figures and letters 20th ; (ii) in Annexure IV, the figures and letters 10th , wherever they appear, shall be substituted by the figures and letters 20th . Note : - The principal notification in G.O.Ms.No.259, Revenue (CT.II) Department, Dated. 29.06.2017 was last amended by G.O.Ms.No.287, Revenue (CT.II) Department, Dated : 29.04.2019. Dr. D.
