No. 48/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 99 of the Kerala State Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (20 of 2017), the Government of Kerala hereby nominate Smt. Tinku Biswal, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram as Member in the Kerala Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax constituted as per notification issued under G.O. (P) No. 124/2017/TAXES dated 21 st October, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No. 639/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2252, dated 21 st October, 2017 in the place of Dr. Ranjan N. Khobragade, IAS and consequently make the following amendment to the notification, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, for the entries against serial number 2, Dr. Ranjan N. Khobragade, IAS, Commissioner for State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram the following entries shall be substituted, namely:- Smt. Tinku Biswal, IAS, Commissioner of State tax, Thiruvanthapuram . As per notification issued under G.O. (P) No. 124/2017/TAXES dated 21 st October, 2017 and published as S.R.O. No. 639/2017 in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 2252 dated 21 st October, 2017, the Government of Kerala have constituted the Kerala Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax under section 99 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax under section 99 of the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (20 of 2017), in which Dr. Ranjan N. Khobragade, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram was nominated as Member. On account of the transfer of Dr. Ranjan N. Khobragade, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram and Smt. Tinku Biswal, IAS having posted as Commissioner of State tax, the Government have decided to nominate Smt. Tinku Biswal, IAS, Commissioner of State Tax, Thiruvananthapuram as Member in the Kerala Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling for Goods and Services Tax. The notification in intended to achive the above object.
