Extend the last date for furnishing FORM GST CMP-08 - 24440-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017/FIN.- S.RO.No. 243/2019 - Orissa SGST

FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 19th July, 2019 S.RO.No.243/2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No.16536-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017, dated the 24th April, 2019 published in the Extraordinary Issue No. 814 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 24th April, 2019 bearing S.R.O. No. 154/2019, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter April, 2019 to June, 2019, or part thereof, shall be the 31st day of July, 2019. .
