FINANCE SECRETARIAT NOTIFICATION (15/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, Bengaluru, dated: 20/08/2019. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017), the Government of Karnataka, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government of Karnataka Notification (09/2019) No. FD 47 CSL 2017, dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, Part-IVA, No.323, dated the 23rd April, 2019, namely:- In the said Notification, for the figures, letters and words 21st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted.
