Seeks to amend notification No 1639-F.T. dated 14.09.2017 regarding West Bengal State Committee for anti-profiteering - 1466-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1466-F.T. Howrah, the 22nd day of August, 2019. In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor is pleased hereby to make the following further amendment in this Department Notification No. 1639-F.T. dated 14.09.2017, published in Part I of the Kolkata Gazette, namely: Amendment In the said notification, for clause (b) the following clause shall be substituted (b) Shri Devendra V. Nagvenkar, Commissioner, CGST CX, Kolkata Zone. 2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
