Seeks to amend notification No 380-FT dated 7.3.2019 regarding composition levy - 43/2019-State Tax - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 43/2019-State Tax No. 1698-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 30th day of September, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following further amendments in in this Department notification No. 380-F.T. [14/2019-State Tax], dated the 7th March, 2019, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I: Amendment In the said notification, in the Annexure, after serial No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: 2A. 2202 10 10 Aerated Water . 2.
