Extension in the last date for FORM GST CMP-08 for July-September 2019 by four days from 18.10.2019 till 22.10.2019 - 50/2019-State Tax - Gujarat SGST

Notification No. 50/2019-State Tax No. (GHN-107)/GST-2019/S.148(24) TH In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Guj. 25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government Notification, Finance Department No.(GHN-43)/GST2019/S.148(15)TH dated the 24th April, 2019, Notification No. 21/2019 State Tax, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: Provided further that the due date for furnishing the statement containing the details of payment of self-assessed tax in said FORM GST CMP-08 , for the quarter July, 2019 to September, 2019,or part thereof, shall be the 22nd day of October, 2019. . 2.
