HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 18th November, 2019 No.98/GST-2.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby appoints the 24 th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2019 that were notified vide notification no. 69/GST-2, dated 18th July, 2019 shall come into force.
