NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide notification No.F,1-11(91)TAX/GST/2019, dated the 1 st July, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1270, dated the 1 st July, 2019, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1 st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
