REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2019 (ACT No. 37 OF 2019)- DATE ON WHICH THE PROVISIONS COME INTO FORCE. [ G.O.Ms.No.1, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 1st January, 2020 .] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act 37 of 2019), the Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment ) Act, 2019 (Act 37 of 2019), shall come into force. Section 13 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act 37 of 2019), shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 1st day of September, 2019. Dr. D.
