(Ms) No. 202 Dated: 31.12.2019 Margazhi-15 Thiruvalluvar Aandu, 2050 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax (Amendment), Ordinance, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance No. 10/2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 1 st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 14 to 20 of the Tamil Nadu Ordinance No. 10/2019, shall come into force.
