GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT Notification The 30th September, 2019 S.R.O. No. - Whereas Shri Bishnupada Sethi, IAS was appointed as the Commissioner of State Tax in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 10535-FIN-CT1-TAX-0005-2019, dated the 26th March. 2019 under section 3 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017); And whereas Shri Sushii Kumar Lohani, IAS is appointed as Commissioner of Commercial Taxes GST vice Shri Bishnupada Sethi, IAS in the Office Order of the Government of Odisha in the GA PG Department No.22220/AIS. dated the 7 th August, 2019; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act. 2017(Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government do hereby appoint Shri Sushi; Kumar Lohani. IAS, Commissioner of Commercial Taxes Goods and Services Tax, Odisha to be the Commissioner of State tax. Odisha for the purpose of the said Act with effect from the date he assumes charge as such and he shall exercise such powers and discharge such functions as are or may be conferred or imposed by or under the provisions of the said Act.
