Government of Uttarakhand No.192/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8)/2019/CT-02 Dated Dehradun, February 28, 2019 NOTIFICATION WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Act no. 31 of 2018), the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2018 (Act no. 31 of 2018), except for the provisions mentioned in clause (b) of Serial no, 8, Serial no. 17, Serial no. 18 and clause (a) of Serial no. 20, shall come into force.
