No. J.21011/1/2017-TAX GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 2/2019 State Tax Dated Aizawl, the 22nd Feb., 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2019), the Government of Mizoram hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2019), except sub-section (2) of section 8, section 17, section 18, subsection (1) of section 20 shall come into force.
