No. GST-1020 /C.R. 15 / Taxation 1. -In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (99) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act ), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule appended hereto as the Revisional Authority for revision of decision or orders as referred in section 108 of the said Act.
