This notification extends Anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) from Japan to 13-05-2001 . 9 th November, 2000 Notification No.139/2000-Customs WHEREAS the designated authority vide notification published in Part I, Section I of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 24 th day of October, 2000, has initiated review in the matter of continuation of anti-dumping duty on Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR)originating in or exportedfrom, Japan, imposed vide notification No.68/99-Customs, dated the 26 th May, 1999 and has requested for suitable extension of anti-dumping duty, pending the results of the review investigations; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (5) and (6) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 23 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.68/99-Customs, dated the 26 th May, 1999, namely:- In the said notification, after first paragraph, the following paragraph shall be inserted, namely:- " 2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 13 th day of May, 2001, unless it is revoked earlier."
