Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 430/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-44 Dehradun : Dated: 25 June, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) read with rule 3 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the made vide notification No 397/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-38 dated 12 June, 2020, the Governor, is pleased to allow to appoint the 8th day of June, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall come into force.
