Appointment of Shri Kailiana Ralte, Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) - J.21011/2/2018-TAX/Vol-III/Pt - Mizoram SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM NOTIFICATION No. J.21011/2/2018-TAX/Vol-III/Pt, the 14th August, 2019 . In supercession of Notification No. J. 21011/1/2017-TAX/Vol-II/Pt : Dated 22nd March, 2018, the Governor of Mizoram is pleased to appoint Shri Kailiana Ralte, Commissioner of State Tax as the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) as per Sec 99 of the MGST Act, 2017 with immediate effect and until further orders.
