Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 498/2020/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-49 Dehradun : Dated: 22 July, 2020 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause no. 1(2) of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (08 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Ordinance), the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 30 th day of June, 2020, as the date on which the provisions mentioned at clause no. 2, 12 and 13 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
