Seeks to amend Notification No. 21/2019- State Tax, dated the 23rd April, 2019 - ERTS(T)2/2020/361 - Meghalaya SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 31st August, 2020. No. ERTS(T)2/2020/361. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act 10 of 2017), the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya, ERTS Department No.21/2019- State Tax, dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part II A, vide number 181, dated the 2nd May, 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the third paragraph, in the first proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of August, 2020 , the figures, letters and words 31st day of October, 2020 shall be substituted.
