ORDER In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 44 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), read with rule 80 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Chief Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendment to the proceedings issued in CCW/GST/74/2015, dated 14-05-2020, 2020, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, for the figures, letters and word 31 st October, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 31st December, 2020 shall be substituted.
