No. GST.1020 / C.R. 107A / Taxation-1. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 (Mah. Act No. XXIII of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act ), the Government of Maharashtra hereby appoints the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Act, shall come into force.
