COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 11th December 2020 S.O. 192, Dated 11th December 2020 - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Bihar Act 21, 2019), the Governor of Bihar hereby appoints the 10th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force.
