In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (17 of 2020) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 18th day of May, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 11 of the said Act, Shall be deemed to have come into force.
