Seeks to rescind notification No. 51/2015-Customs(ADD) dated 21st October, 2015, to revoke ADD imposed on "All Fully drawn or Fully Oriented Yarn/ Spin Draw Yarn/ Flat yarn of polyester (non-textured and non-POY)" originating in or exported from China PR and Thailand - 48/2020 - Anti Dumping Duty

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION NO. 48/2020-Customs (ADD) New Delhi, the 30th December, 2020 G.S.R. 811(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 51/2015-Customs (ADD) dated the 21st October, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 804(E), dated the 21st October, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
