GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No.FD 03 CSL 2020 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 30/12/2020 NOTIFICATION (49/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Karnataka Act 20 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1 st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 14 of the said Act shall come into force.
