Amendment of notification no.43/GST-2, dated 07.05.2020 to extend the due dates for compliances and actions in respect of anti-profiteering measures under GST till 31.03.2021 under the HGST Act, 2017 - 01/GST-2 - Haryana SGST

HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 18 th January, 2021 No. 01/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Central Act 13 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.43/GST-2, dated the 7 th May, 2020, namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.43/GST-2, dated the 7th May, 2020, in the first paragraph (i), in the proviso,- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30 th day of March, 2021 shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of March, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
