Approved institutions Sree Mullapudi Venkataramanamma Memorial Hospital Research Centre under sec. 35(1)(iii) Notification No. 0417 Dated 30/11/1976 It is hereby notified for general information that the institution mentioned below has been approved by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the prescribed authority for the purposes of clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, on the following conditions:- (i) The institute will submit annual report regarding its research activities to the Council. (ii) The institute will submit yearly returns about the amounts received and spent exclusively for research work in the manner as and when required by the Council. Institution Sree Mullapudi Venkataramanamma Memorial Hospital Research Centre, Tanuku (Andhra Pradesh). This notification will be effective for a period of two years from the date of this notification.
