Amendment in Notification No. 11/2021–State Tax, dated the 18th June, 2021 - 26/2021-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 29 th July 2021 NOTIFICATION No. 26/2021-State Tax No. F 10-40/2021/CT/V(59). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, with the approval of the Board, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification No. 11/2021 State Tax, No. F-10-38/2021/CT/V(43), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 18th June, 2021, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of May, 2021 , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June, 2021 shall be substituted 2.
