GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 950 F.T., dated the 6th day of September, 2021. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the West Bengal Finance Act, 2021 (West Ben. Act IX of 2021) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of subsection (3) and sub-section (4) of section 3 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
