GOVERNMENT OF GOA Department of Finance Revenue Control Division Notification 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(212)/1865 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub--section (2) of section 1 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Goa Act 24 of 2021), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
