[ G.O.Ms.No.255, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 22nd September, 2021 .] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section(1) of Section 37 read with section 168 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendment to the notification issued in the G. O. Ms. No. 126, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated: 15-6-2021, namely: - AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the second proviso, after the word and figure April, 2021 , the words and figure and May, 2021 shall be inserted.
