HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 26th October, 2021 No.58/GST-2 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2021 (27 of 2021), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of August, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 and 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
