Supersession Notification SRO-298 dated 06-07-2018 - S.O.-51 - Jammu and Kashmir SGST

GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR CIVIL SECRETARIAT DEPARTMENT OF LAW, JUSTICE AND PARLIAMENTARY AFFAIRS (Judicial Administration Section) Notification Jammu, the 6th of February, 2020 S.O.-51 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 110 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Government in consultation with the Chief Justice of Common High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and in supersession of Notification SRO-298 dated 06-07-2018, appoint Shri Vinod Chatterji Koul, Member J K Higher Judicial Service (presently heading the J K Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal), as Judicial Member of the J K Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal constituted vide Notification SRO-447 dated 23 rd October, 2017, in addition to his own duties.
