Seeks to amend Notification No. 731/2018/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2018/CTR-21 dated the 20th August, 2018 - 218/2022/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2022/CTR-20 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 218/2022/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2022/CTR-20 Dehradun : Dated: 31 March, 2022 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) of section 11 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8, No. 731/2018/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2018/CTR-21 dated the 20th August, 2018, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, - (i) against S. No. 4, for the entry in column (2), the entry 4414 shall be substituted; (ii) against S. No. 29, for the entry in column (2), the entry 7419 80 shall be substituted; 2.
