Seeks to amend Notification No. F-A-3-23-2017- 1-V(36), dated 17th May 2019 - F-A-3-23-2017-1-V (55) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 26 th July 2022 No. F-A-3-23-2017-1-V (55). -In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, following further amendments in this department s notification No. F-A-3-23-2017- 1-V(36), dated 17th May 2019, namely:- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
