Seeks to Amend notification No. 378-F.T. dated 07.03.2019 regarding threshold limit of forty lakh rupees for exclusive suppliers of goods - 1391-F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 1391-F.T. Dated, Howrah, the 23rd day of August, 2022 ( Corresponding Central Notification No. 15/2022-Central Tax ) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 23 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following further amendments in this Department notification No. 378-F.T., dated the 7th March, 2019, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I: Amendments In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, for the entry in column (3), the entry Fly ash bricks; Fly ash aggregates; Fly ash blocks shall be substituted. 2.
