HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 30th September, 2022 No. 59/GST-2. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2022 (29 of 2022), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2022, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 15 except section 13 of the said Act shall come into force.
