Amendment in Notification No. 13/2020 – State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020 - 10/2023-State Tax - Mizoram SGST

No. J.21011/7/2022-TAX-TAX/pt GOVERNMENT OF MIZORAM TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 10/2023-State Tax Aizawl, the 18th May, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Mizoram, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department, No. 13/2020 - State Tax, dated the 5th May, 2020, issued vide No. J.21011/2/2020 (f) -TAX, namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of August, 2023, for the words ten crore rupees , the words five crore rupees shall be substituted.
