In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2023 (21 of 2023), the Stale Government here by appoints,- (a) the 1 st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 23 (except sections 14 to 19) of the said Act shall come into force; (b) the 1st day of August, 2023, as the on which the provisions of sections 14 to 19 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force.
