GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No. FD 20 CSL 2023 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 30. 09.2023 NOTIFICATION (21/2023) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2023 (Karnataka Ordinance No. 04 of 2023), the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2023, as the date on which the provisions of the said Ordinance, shall come into force.
