No. MGST-1023/C.R.53/Taxation-1 . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends the Government Notification of Finance Department No. MGST.1017/C.R.193/ Taxation-1, dated 24th October, 2017, published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 352, dated 26th October, 2017, namely : In the said Notification, for the Sr. No. (1) the following shall be substituted, namely : (1) Shri Ajaykumar Waman Bonde, Joint Commissioner of State Tax and By order and in the name of the Governor of Maharashtra, MANDAR KELKAR, Deputy Secretary to Government. Note. The principal Notification No. MGST.1017/C.R.193/Taxation-1, dated 24th October, 2017, published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 352, dated 26 th October, 2017 and was subsequently amended by Notification No. MGST -1023/C.R.21/Taxation-1, dated the 24th May 2023, published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-IV-B, Extra Ordinary No. 192, dated the 24th May 2023.
