Amendment in S.O. 1270(E) ,dated 30th May, 2008 MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 25th September, 2008 S.O. 2266(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956(1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 30th May, 2008, vide number S.O. 1270(E) ,dated 30th May, 2008,namely :— In the said notification, against serial number (8), for the entry, "Shri Dinesh Venna, CIT(ITA), Central Board of Direct taxes" the entry, "Shri Anand Kumar Kedia, Director (TPL-III), Central Board of Direct Taxes" shall be substituted.
