MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION NO. New Delhi, the 1st October, 2008 S. O. 2320 (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of October, 2008 as the date on which Sections 31 to 41 (both inclusive) of the said Act shall come into force.
