Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag-2 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government notification no. 1339/XI-2 23-9(47)-17-T.C.235-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (298)-2023, dated October 19, 2023 : No. 1339/XI-2 23-9(47)-17-T.C.235-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (298)-2023 Dated Lucknow, October 19, 2023 IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no. 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in notification no. 1141/XI-2-23-9(47)-17-T.C.-230-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order (289)-2023, dated September 21, 2023, namely : AMENDMENT IN the aforesaid notification, after the words hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed , the words and figures with effect from the 1st day of January 2024 shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st day of July 2023.
